Ms. Parveen Qadir Agha the former Federal Secretary of Ministry of Women Development, Social Welfare and Special Education recognized the efforts of STEP and allowed the establishment of the central office of STEP at the National Training Centre for the Disabled (NTCD) as all old students of this center are active members of STEP.
