- Center for Services and Information on Disability (CSID)
- Involves in providing support services to the development organizations and the communities with a view to facilitate activities directed towards upliftment of people with disabilities’ lives in the country.
- Center for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP)
- CRP’s objectives are: to provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services focusing on physical, emotional, social, psychological and economic aspects; to promote the development of skilled personnel in health care and rehabilitation in the country and the region; to develop sub–centres in different parts of the country to expand the services for disabled people in collaboration with other organizations

- National Forum of Organizations Working with the Disabled (NFOWD)
- Formed in 1991 in order to create linkages between strategic agencies and interventions. It is the leading national level coordinating body of NGO agencies working on disability issues in Bangladesh. It currently has 151 member organizations.
- Social Assistance and Rehabilitation for the Physically Vulnerable (SARPV)
- Establishes helpless souls of the society as an economic, social and a political force. The organization known as SARPV was formed on the 17th April, 1988. The field level activities started in 1991 with a skill training center for the orthopeadically disabled persons at Mohammadpur of the capital city.

- Since its inception in 1983, ActionAid Bangladesh is committed to change
the capacities of people and groups
whose rights have been denied and violated in attaining justice and a life of dignity. ActionAid Bangladesh also assists efforts and builds capacity.
Cambodia
Governmental Organization
- Disability Action Council (DAC)
- A permanent body made up of representatives from the Cambodian Government as well as from non–governmental aid organizations who are committed to working for the well–being of Cambodia’s people with disabilities (PWD) with the mission to initiate, secure and coordinate the services necessary for people with disabilities, and to enable them to enjoy the same rights to opportunities for employment and quality of life as others in society.
- Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport
- Represents a key milestone in the work of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport to effectively reform the education services in Cambodia.
- Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor, Vocation Training and Youth Rehabilitation (MOLSAVY)
- The objectives and duties of the MOSALVY are to implement the policies of the Royal government in the domain of social affairs, labor, vocational training and youth rehabilitation. The political program consists of: clearly defining the objectives of socio–economic development of the following slogan: "Peace, Stability, Democracy, and Development".

- Cambodian Handicraft Association for Landmine and Polio Disabled (CHA)
- The primary objective is to provide employment opportunities for landmine and polio disabled by manufacturing high quality silk and leather goods.
- Cambodia Trust
- Founded in 1989 by a small group of people in Oxford, UK, who decided to try and do something to help the huge numbers of landmine amputees in Cambodia with the initial aim to provide artificial limbs for the country’s many landmine survivors.
- Rehab Craft Cambodia (RCC)
- A non–profit NGO run by and for Cambodians with disabilities. All our earnings are re–invested in our training and employment programs
- World Rehabilitation Fund (Business Advisory Council) (BAC)
- The primary purpose are to facilitating the training, job placement and economic independence of Cambodians with disability by providing advice, assistance and advocacy to people with disabilities and the organizations that support them.
International Non-governmental Organization
- Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO)
- An independent non–profit organization based in Amsterdam, TPO is an expert center in the field of psychosocial and mental health care for survivors of war and organized violence. Its role is most important in the rehabilitation of communities that have been affected by violence or conflict, with the focus on the poorest communities with minimal access to basic support systems across the world. In Cambodia, the first TPO project started in 1993.
China
Governmental Organization
- All China Women's Federation (ACWF)
- The Federation was founded in 1949 as a mass organization dedicated to the advancement of Chinese women of all ethnic groups in all walks of life.
- China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF)
- The aims of CDPF are to promote humanitarianism, protect the human rights of persons with disabilities,ensure their equal participation in society, contribution to economic growth and social development as well as their equal share in the materialand culture achievements of the society.
- Guangzhou Disabled Persons' Federation
- A combinative body of representing organization of person with disabilities, social welfare organization and supervising mechanism, guided by Guangzhou municipal government, stands three main functions: representing the common benefit of people with disabilities and uphold for their rights, servicing those with disabilities directly with various programs and activities, supervising and developing the cause of person with disabilities which is endowed by government.
- Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation (SDPF)
- Established in 1988 as a municipal organization of the people with disability, integrating functions of representing the people with disability, social welfare organization and administration.
- Shanghai Rehabilitation & Vocational Training Center for the Disabled
- A state–run unit subordinate to Shanghai Disable Persons’ Federation, is one of the social welfare projects ratified by Shanghai Municipal Government. It is a large comprehensive establishment where medical rehabilitation, vocational training and culture activities are held for the disable.
Non-governmental Organization
- Amity Foundation - China
- An independent Chinese voluntary organization, was created in 1985 on the initiative of Chinese Christians to promote education, social services, health, and rural development from China’s coastal provinces in the east to the minority areas of the west.
- China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC)
- A state owned institution affiliated with the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, provides comprehensive rehabilitation and social services to the disabled, carries out scientific research, offers professional training, conducts information exchange and serves as a technical resource of Chinese rehabilitation network.
- HANDA Rehabilitation and Welfare Association
- Founded in 1996 to promote respect and dignity among all human beings, particularly those who have personally faced the challenges of leprosy, also called Hansen’s Disease. HANDA has 2,000 members, including people affected by leprosy, health professionals and members of the cnmunity at large. HANDA is registered as a non–governmental organization with the Bureau of Public Health and the Bureau of Civil Affairs.

- Works to ensure that poor and marginalized people’s rights are recognized, protected and fulfilled. To achieve this aim, ActionAid partners with poor and marginalized people to create an environment for them to acquire voice and knowledge so that they themselves can claim their rights and improve their lives.

- The mission is to fight poverty and improve the living standards of people in the developing world. It is a development Bank which provides loans, policy advice, technical assistance and knowledge sharing services to low and middle income countries to reduce poverty. The Bank promotes growth to create jobs and to empower poor people to take advantage of these opportunities.
