Launch of Innovative E-Learning Toolkit on Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction

Special Talent Exchange Program (STEP) in collaboration with National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), launched a comprehensive & innovative e-learning tool Kit aimed at empowering Disaster Management Professionals with essential skills and knowledge to effectively address the needs and concerns of Persons with Disabilities during all disaster phases and across various disaster types.

  • Welcoming Address: The event commenced with a welcoming address by representatives from STEP, NDMA, and UNESCAP, emphasizing the significance of the collaborative effort and the need for inclusive disaster management strategies.
