Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator

Purpose of the Role:
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator will support the effective implementation of the INGO funded disability rights project by overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes. This role involves designing the M&E framework, conducting data collection, and analyzing project performance to inform decision-making and ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&E Framework Development:
○ Assist in designing and implementing the M&E framework tailored to the project’s objectives.
○ Establish indicators, data collection methods, and reporting formats to monitor project performance.
○ Develop data collection tools and templates in alignment with donor and project requirements. - Data Collection & Analysis:
○ Conduct data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, and field visits.
○ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identifying key trends and insights.
○ Ensure data quality and accuracy, maintaining consistency in data collection practices. - Reporting & Documentation:
○ Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
○ Maintain an organized database of all project-related data and documentation.
○ Contribute to the development of success stories and case studies to showcase project impact. - Capacity Building & Support:
○ Provide training and guidance to project staff on M&E tools and data collection processes.
○ Support field staff in implementing M&E activities effectively.
○ Assist the project team in utilizing M&E data for informed decision-making. - Learning & Adaptation:
○ Facilitate discussions with the project team to review M&E findings and adapt project strategies as needed.
○ Offer recommendations based on data analysis to enhance project outcomes.
○ Work closely with the Project Director to ensure M&E insights guide project adjustments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.
- Experience in designing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in M&E tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SPSS).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
