Proud Achievement for STEP: Noor-e-Sehar School Wins National Enterprise Challenge

Special Talent Exchange Program (STEP) is delighted to announce a momentous achievement for our students at Noor-e-Sehar Special Education School, Daharki. Supported by Mari Energies, they emerged victorious in the National Enterprise Challenge, organized by The King’s Trust International and SEED Ventures at the British High Commission in Pakistan.

This remarkable success not only reflects the dedication and creativity of our students but also emphasizes the transformative impact of inclusive education. It demonstrates how empowerment and accessibility can unlock limitless possibilities, enabling students with disabilities to shine on national platforms. Such achievements reinforce STEP’s commitment to fostering innovation, equal opportunities, and building an inclusive society where everyone can contribute meaningfully, break barriers, and thrive without limitations. We are proud to see our students pave the way for a future where inclusivity and creativity lead to greater achievements.

A National Triumph: Outshining 20 Teams Across Pakistan

Our talented team at Noor-e-Sehar Special Education School was selected among 20 teams nationwide for the National Finals of the Enterprise Challenge Pakistan. The competition, hosted at the British High Commission in Islamabad under the esteemed presence of British High Commissioner Jane Marriott, was a showcase of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

The Winning Idea: EcoEduTech

The students presented their pioneering business idea, EcoEduTech, a project focused on creating recycled learning aids from waste materials. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also supports inclusive education by benefiting both students with disabilities and their non-disabled peers. By transforming waste into educational tools, EcoEduTech exemplifies innovation in addressing pressing educational and environmental challenges.
